Lab online means the worker is reachable. Each instrument needs its own connection. Missing devices stay disabled; refresh only updates status, not hardware actions.
Close ThorCam first. Connect, read settings, then capture once. The photo appears after upload. Keep the raw TIFF for analysis; the PNG is a grayscale thumbnail.
Try Auto contrast, or set Lower / Upper. This changes the preview only. Exposure changes the next capture, in µs (1000 µs = 1 ms). Stretching noise does not reveal a confirmed target.
The driver holds one active controller. Before switching, confirm the current device is idle, disconnect it, then connect the next. Verify axis and direction before moving; step counts are not measured angles.
Read Identity, then select the channel before reading. The website does not offer Newton movement. Device position units need calibration; drive voltage and frequency are settings, not confirmed readbacks.
Check the operation result first. Do not resend an uncertain movement or capture: it may already have executed. End control session releases ownership; it does not stop or disconnect instruments.
Include the instrument, operation, time, error and a screenshot. Never include keys or passwords. Tickets stay on this website.
